What is Northwest Indiana Contractors Association?

The Northwest Indiana Contractors Association (NWICA) is an organization that represents the most reputable contractors in the commercial, industrial, heavy highway, public works, and institutional construction markets in Lake, Porter, La Porte, Newton, Jasper, and Starke counties in northwest Indiana. The NWICA is committed to promoting the interests of professional contractors and improving the construction industry in safety and professional development.

The association works in partnership with the Northwest Indiana professional building construction trade unions, which allows them to have access the most professional and highly-skilled craftspeople in the world. The contractors that the NWICA represents are experienced, knowledgeable, and provide quality craftsmanship that is built to last. The NWICA is responsible for appointing trustees to many of the health and welfare, pension, and apprenticeship funds in the northwest Indiana building and construction industry.
